Why you should keep track of your running |
|
You may think that keeping track of running data is just for really serious runners or people that have OCD. Not so! Keeping track of your running will allow you to follow your progress and injuries and also let you know when your shoes have reached the end of their lives.
Here is a list of some of the reasons why we keep track of our running data:
- Track your progress - speed, mileage and weight are our favorites
- Keep track of your aches and pains - was it my left or my right knee that was killing me yesterday?
- Stay motivated - track your acomplishments
- Lets you know how many miles you have on your shoes
- Follow your training program to avoid injuries
Have fun running and keeping track of your data!
