Training Program Description and Title
This feature allows you to create your own training program.

Your training program will need a title. Please try to keep the title short and informative. The title will let people know what kind of program this is. More information about the program can be provided in the program description. Here you can say what level of runners this is meant for, how involved the program is, what performance gains people can expect, and why you think anybody should use it.

The default program length is 4 weeks but this can be changed to fit your needs. Just change the number of weeks and click the update button.

We would all like to see your idea of a perfect training program for a 5K, half marathon etc. Please share your program by making it public. You will retain the rights to delete and edit the program after submission as long as no-one is using it.

If you want to start a topic on the forum about your training program - please tick the "Add to forum" box. This will allow you and others to discuss this training program.

Below the description and title entry boxes you will find the boxes for entering activities for each day of the program. Please note that all programs run for full weeks. Please use the following formating for entering the program:

  1. For a 2 mile run please enter "2 miles"
  2. For a day of rest please enter "rest" or nothing
  3. For 20 minutes of crosstraining please enter "20 min cross"

This will allow the computer to make graphs of your program for the week and month view of the running log.
