Running Log Help

The running log will help you keep all the information about your runs in one place. The most important information about each run is the date, mileage and the amount of time the run took. Additional information like how the run felt and any pain you may have experienced will allow you to track your progress and keep track of running related injuries and when you are over stressing your body. Also, entering your weight will allow LogYourRun to calculate the amount of calories burned during your run.

You can enter 3 runs per day, one morning (AM) one noon and one evening (PM) run. This should be more than enough for most people. If you wish to add more miles and time to a particular running session – please use the update function.

The running log will allow you to look over previous data entered into the log. This can be done either as a graphical view or as a list of the running log entries. We consistently show the mileage in green, the running time in blue and the running pace in red. In the graphical mode you can see the value of the entry by hovering the mouse over the bars in the graph.

When you select the running log from the menu on the left you will be taken to an overview page with links to and descriptions of the different sections of the running log. On the left a new menu will appear for easy access to all the sections as well.
