This is the help section for the my programs feature of the running log.
Select a program from the list  On the top of the page is a list of the current programs in the database. They are listed by name and by clicking on the magnifying glass you can see the details of the program. The list also shows how long the program is in weeks and who made the program. Select an end date for the program  Clicking on the program name will allow you to assign the program to your profile. This means that in the month and week view you will have an extra graph or text entry what tells you what the program has in store for you on each of the days in the month / year. This is a great way to train for a long race like a half or full marathon.IMPORTANT NOTICE: All programs end on a Sunday - so please choose a sunday that matches as close to the last day of your program as possible. For example if your marathon is on saturday the 7th of June please choose the end day of the program as Sunday teh 8th of June. Check it out. |
