This is help for the week view feature of the running log

Week View (Graphics on)

Week view can be either as graphs or as a list of the individual days. The navigation bar on the top will allow you to jump between weeks. For each week the mileage, time and pace are shown. Clicking on the dates will allow you to zoom to that day to enter new information. Hovering the mouse over the bars will show detailed information about from the day.
