The features of the application include:
Running timer - uses GPS and pedometer to know when you are moving and to measure your distance
Upload your exercise data to LogYourRun
Routes - view your routes and nearby routes and your current route if using GPS
Training programs - download your training program and view it offline using the application
Facebook connect - share activities and training programs on facebook
Twitter - tweet your activities directly from the app
Heart rate measurer - check your pulse to find your heart rate
Direct access to LogYourRun mobile - only enter your username and password once!
The application works for both iPhone (GPS and pedometer) and iPod touch (pedometer only).
If you would like to try out the application before buying the full version - you can use the LYR FREE application - this app has the GPS and pedometer functionality of the full application - but does not have the routes, heart rate, or training program feature.
