Enter Other Data
We have updated the running log enter data page to include other types of exercise as well. You can now use LogYourRun to keep track of your other activities such as biking, cross and strength training.

LogYourRun is still primarily a running log - so the mileage you log as cross training is not going to show up in your running log. On days with non-running exercise activities there will be an icon representing the activity. Shown below is a Sunday with both biking and strength training.

To see information about your other exercise activities - use the review page or click on the day. This will bring up the data you entered.
