Compare Training Programs
Don't know which training program best fits you and your goal? Don't worry - we have made it easier to choose your training program by letting you compare training programs side by side. In the training section of the website you can see a list of all the available training programs and by checking the check boxes on the right side you can select the training programs you want to compare.

Selecting training programs will bring up a page where each week of the training programs are compared:

Each selected training program is given a specific text color (in the example above one is green and another is blue) so it can be distinguished from the other programs. The first column is the week number for the specific training program. If the training programs are both the same length in weeks - the week numbers will match. However, if one program is longer than the other - the programs are fitted together such that they both end on the same day. In that case - the week numbers may not match up.
