Training Programs
Welcome to the training programs section of LogYourRun.
Here is a list of our user generated training programs.
By registering
with LogYourRun you can signup to use any
of these training programs for free - or you can make your
own training program based on other peoples programs or
make your own program from scratch.
We have programs that will get you ready to run anything from
a 5 K race to a full marathon. After you select the end date for
your training program you will be able to see the program in your
online training log. This means you will not have to manually
tabulate the training program to figure out how it will fit with
your personal goal. You can also sign up for weekly email reminders
that will tell you what is coming up next week and how you did in
the previous week compared to the program.
Need help choosing which program to use for your training?
We have
a lot of programs and it can seem a little daunting to choose one from the
list so we have made it easy. Choose the event you are training for and
your level skill from the drop down menus below. That should narrow down
the number of programs displayed. Then look for programs that is the right
number of weeks that you would like to commit. Finally, use the compare
feature to see what is different between the programs and choose one that
fits with your schedule.
