| I ran 8 miles today. I'm feeling stronger every run. The weather was great, and I love running outside. I have only lost about 5-6 pounds since beginning my training (7 weeks ago). That is kind of discouraging, but I also haven't changed my diet at all. I guess I figured the more miles I ran, the more the weight would just fall off. haha. I can actually see the half-marathon in sight and it looks like I might do it a little faster than I thought.
