Week 9 came in between holidays. I was determined to stick to Hal's program with 3-7-4-10 miles.

After long break (4 days) since christmas run, my 3 miles on Tuesday was a good attempt to loosen up some stiff muscles before the 7 miles Wednesday.

7 miles on Wednesday was magnificent. We made it in just about the right timing & good pace. If only we could start earlier the next Wed to avoid late finish & running in the dark.

4 miles on Thursday (new year) was modified to be in the morning at a new route, PICC Putrajaya. Though we planned to swim later, pool was under maintenance.

10 miles on Sunday at the same venue, PICC with my new footgear, Mizuno Wave Inspire 4. Though with it's almost flat like & low look, the inspire provided enough support & response for heel to toe strike. Weight wise feeling, it's almost the same like my adizero.

Post run : I was exhausted after the run. Maybe due to dehydration, recalling that I didn't hydrate enough before the run. In fact my pre-run diet was also kaput. My pace at the last 5km boulevard dash was a mistake, resulting difficulties to maintain the remaining 2km back to the pool carpark.
