I would feel fine with my results if this was what I looked like after the 60 days but I still have another 5 weeks to go. I am getting muscles where I never had them before and toning up where I did. Not saying there is not room for improvement because there still is plenty to tone up. |
This is a total body workout and that is no BS. I have not lost 1 pound but have turned my belly fat into muscle and added muscle everywhere else. You use no weights, only your body so it fits me perfect as a runner. Plus I am not wearing out my running shoes as fast. When I was running alot I weighed 18 pounds less but really had no definition anywhere other than my legs. I can see that if I stick with it I can get that ripped body that I always wanted to have and will be able to run faster and farther then ever.
This is not a program for everyone. You have to do massive amounts of push ups and jumping. If someone can keep up with Shaun T 100% then they are more man then me. I do think that runners have an advantage though because of the cardio involved.
We have the a/c cranked and the fan on and sweat hard for 40 minutes every day. But I like looking in the mirror now and I feel great! I am 47 years old and only starting running a few years ago so it's never too late to start.
