I have been keeping up with the daily blogs on LYR and like to see what the new and experienced runners are doing. I did get to meet and speak with Jeff Galloway last weekend and he got my pumped up to get my first marathon under my belt. I've done everything but a full 26.2. My girlfriend has completed 19 marathons so she knows what to do. I think that I am in good hands. Life is fun again!
