| This was the end of week 23 of my 30 week marathon training. Boy and I getting eager to get through my last triathlon for the year and to focus on marathon training. It is tough to recuperate from a long run while also trying to get my bike and swimming workouts. With that said I missed a swim and bike workout this week. I don't feel too bad about it. I am doing what I can. I blogged earlier about my good 18 miler today. I am actually looking forward to the 20 miler. Crazy to think that. I usually dread the 20 miler and I have never done 2 of them while training for the marathon. Another reason I am looking forward to the 20 miler is that I will be running in while we are camping. It will be interesting not sucking in car exhaust while running a longer distance.

Mon = (Evening) Either a 45 Min bike or a 45 Min Swim
Tues = 5.3 Run Miles + (Evening) 45 Min Weights
Wed = (Morning) 20 Bike Miles + (Evening) 40 Min Swim
Thurs = (Morning) 9 Run Miles + (Evening) 45 Min Bike
Fri = 5.3 Run Miles + (Evening) 40 Min Swim
Sat = 50 Min Bike Miles
