Real sore legs.

| Today was my third day in a row of running 5 miles. After Mondays 5 miles and then an all day Elem PE activity day (that I run and play like Im in Elementary), and yesterdays 5 miles of hill repeats my legs were pretty stiff and sore. I did my warm up and took off any way the first mile was a little rough but as they loosend up I started to feel better. I finished the 5 miles in 41:12 about a 8:21 min/mile. Now I can already fill the stiffness and soreness setting back in. I know that tomorrow morn. will be a lot like today with a little more dead leg added to it. But I will make it through. Mentally I feel great. And I look forward to tomorrows challenge. Hope all have a good run and a great day. |
