Nice run today

| I was woken up by my alarm at 3:30am. Looks like I set it an hour early. Doh! Reset it for 4:30, but of course I didn't fall asleep until almost 4am. I hit the road at 4:50 feeling good and awake even after my alarm snafu. It was warm (not hot), but quite humid and sweat immediately started pouring down. It was dark when I started, but I got to see the sky lighten up as I went. Came home strong feeling I could go farther. Did a casual walk around the block to cool down (not really since it was so dang humid), and I could feel that nice post run feeling cascading over me. Man, I love that. |
