I've recently returned home from a 5-week field camp in Utah where I hiked several (4-5) miles a day in very rugged (and HOT) terrain. I also started jogging short distances during spare time (for lack of any other form of entertainment- other than learning to unicycle). The 3-day, 33 hour drive home made me very restless for physical activity. SO, I've decided to start running regularly.
