Normally Sat. is my rest day but I might just take Sunday off (except for a core routine of some sort) instead.

Plus to be honest, my son has his friend here visiting and he's a little shyster that a prefer not to be around. A long bike ride sure would do the trick.... He was at our house for no more than 2 minutes and lopped the head of of one of our sprinklers with a golf club.

My wife has encouraged me to go out and do something. Her suggestions, take the 'Vette for a nice long drive, go find a trail to run on or ride out on a new path that I have not yet tried. All are excellent options.

We'll see how I feel. I hit the wgts pretty hard today but I might ride out to Keiselburg Park and lock my bike then run a loop of two in the mud and then ride back. With a stop at the coffee shop for some Java. Sounds like a perfect start to the day.

I guess I'll have to wait and see what the morning brings..
