Funny thing is, By the time he gets up some elites have already hit the road and came back. I think its great but I struggle getting up at 430. But I know if I don't ill have to cut my run short and that makes me get up. It was very hard for me at first. But once u r done its all so worth it.

Yep - those ultras are.... Ultra. Starting at midnight and returning by 4 just to walk another 10 miles in the afternoon. Wow
