| Ran 5 miles with "the intimidators"on Monday - - they are a small, but close knit group that runs together every weekday. It only took me three years to buck up my courage. Monday, 5 miles at a 7:30 pace. I joined them again on Wednesday. 6 miles at a 7:15 pace, including 3.5 miles run in the 6's. I think they were showing off for the new guy. On both days I even joined the breakaway group that kept the pace high and hard. |
