Summers almost there for us.

I saw johnnyk8's comment on temperatures soaring and that got me thinking on my running plan for the summers. The temperatures here are 80-85F in the mornings. I have started getting up half hr earlier than my usual time so that I can beat the heat but I know in another few weeks it will be impossible to run outside.. and I need to plan now how do I continue with my trainings..maybe just keep the mileage the same per week, keep my longest distance to 10k for the summer months of May-jul but push myself on the time.. because I cant see myself upping the mileage per week by running 12-15k or more on treadmill... no way .. I will die of boredom before I die of exhaustion!! Night runs or early morning in the dark runs are also out of question.. so need to redo my training plan..

I live where the temps soar and humdity gets crazy, too. I am worried about my training plan as well, but figure I will just stick to very early am runs, and shorter runs on the treadmill. Let me know what works for you!
