I was a bit intimidated to go run such a long distance with Kara b/c she is VERY fast.
We ended up doing a 9.53 mn mile pretty much the whole way, the way back up the hill was 11.00 but most of our miles were 9.30 so it evened out.
Ready for chips and sandwich at noon :) |
