Today is Already Perfect

Just finished my ridiculous breakfast of turkey bacon, toast, fruit, home made granola bar,egg beaters (tons) and peanut butter buried waffles. I had to refuel after my 15 miler this AM.
I say perfect because the sun is shining, the air is warm and I am feeling healthy. Actually my whole family is which is something many of us take for granted. I'm not in the "taking for granted mood". On top of that I got a healthy bonus from last year's performance (diversification sure helps) and had a great dinner and a movie with my wife last night. And today is the Sock Monkey Festival here in Rockford. He was born here ya know.

I am wondering something though. I am I causing more harm than good running 45 - 50 miles / week continuously? I guess as soon as it warms up my biking will take the place of 50% of the running.
