| I ran a 3 mile training run tonight and felt pretty good. My times and my recoveries are getting faster. I ski often in the winter and I am sure that all this running will have to help me on the slopes. The benefits of this training are so great but even knowing this, it is hard to get myself out the door to do it. 6 weeks into my marathon and I am happy to say that I still haven't missed a workout. Only 11 weeks to go! |
