| OK, racing season is over, winter's coming, so what now?
Re-establish a training base. Try for 40-50 miles a week of running for the next two to three months.
Keep it easy, save the strength and speed training for spring. Patience!
Keep it interesting. Look to run with different groups, find some fun running routes.
