Now entered for the hilly 50 mile run in October.

I'm finishing up the 1st week of a six week distance push of 70+ miles per week. Hope I can stick with it.

This is roughly what it'll look like.....

Tuesday PM: 90+ min "easy warm-up" solo, then moderate interval/track work with speed group...

Wednesday PM: 8 -12 easy miles with hills, solo

Thurs PM: 6-10 trail miles with local run group, part tempo pace

Fri PM: 8-12 easy miles hills or trails, solo

Sat AM: 12 easy to moderate miles of trail in the Valley with ultrarunner group

Sunday AM: 16 - 24 easy miles trails, start solo, finish up faster with group

Mon: Rest day!! My favorite day, rest period actually about 55 hours straight, yes, counting the hours.....necessary for recovery

I'll be fitting in a 5K and a 5 miler for fun in the next few weeks too.
