| Well, according to Log Your Run I should not be increasing my weekly milage by more than 10% a week. It's difficult because I dont think I have reached a point yet where I am pushing myself at all. I didnt want to dive straight in having never trained properly before, but I am fitter than I expected to be and with the asthma and all have been taking it steady in this cold weather, but still, I dont think I have pushed myself in any real way and I am breaking the 10% rule EVERY week.
I dont know if I should be slowing down, but if I do I will feel like I have done nothing. I'm still trying to find the point where I can really start working myself, I still feel like what I'm doing is very easy.
