Great running weather

| Sunday and today have been great for running outside in STL. I am glad since I had been holding off my long run so I would not have to go on the treadmill. Today the park was a mudbath though - several places I almost lost a shoe and my feet were drenched when I got back. Hopefully this will clear up before long and hopefully it will not all freeze again soon.
So far everything is going well with the training program. The weekly emails help keep me uptodate with the schedule. |
