Wednesday, 14 December 2011 - Written by rcblu2 [profile] Last night I got myself excited about getting in a 4 miler this morning. I was all ready to go when I realized it was raining. Cold and rainy. Oh, well. Not much else to do than to change into my older running shoes and gear up to splash in some puddles. I took off slow and stayed slow the whole run. My outer shell (which isn't much of a waterproof shell) did almost nothing to block the rain and I was pretty soaked after 1 mile. I just kept on for the circuit. I can't say it was a great run or even a good run, but I ran. I didn't work on speed and my heart rate wasn't low. Not much positive about the run other than it ended. Let's hope the next run is better. |
