November's numbers
Wednesday, 30 November 2011 - Written by strutton1313 [profile]
This has been the shortest mile month since I started my training plan. But considering I ran some races that required rest after, and the holidays I feel pretty good. I think that all the miles were good quality. I ran 77.6 miles this month and averaged just under 8 minmiles.

My goal for the year was 750 miles. I should be able to hit that mark with little problem. My main goal is to maintain quality runs and enjoy what I'm doing. I havei the first 5k that I've done in a while this Saturday. I hope to break 20 minutes for the first time in over ten years. Hope every one had great month and a better December.

Thank you for the well wishes. Good luck hitting 750 miles and on your upcoming 5K. I'll be running one in 10 days and also hoping to break 20min (this will be my second 5K race ever LOL). Congratuataions on a great month and rest is crucial if you want to run for a long time. Good job.
