NYC transit

My plan this morning was 10-11 miles. But the train took forever to come. So I hit the road late and ended up with 9.05miles. So not to bad, ill just add another mile to saturdays run. Pace was still better then my regular long runs I ended with 9:41mm. Usually I'm like 10:15mm on long runs. Guess those treadmill speed sessions worked yippee! Still not where I wanna b but I have time to get there.

In Italy the trains ran on time but that was when Mussolini was in charge. I'd prefer to have late trains.. (actually not true but ya know...)
