Easy long run

| Today was a great day to do a little more distance. It was cloudy and slightly cooler here in Florida than normal. I chose to run 7.5 miles. I did an easy pace and cadence. My music helps a great deal. Before I knew it I was heading back to Savanna. My hip was bothering me a little so I took a few days off before this 7.5miler. I felt good without pain. Ready to increase some distance.
