What I also liked was podcasts which they talk n run at the same time. But where I run its so noisey that I struggle to hear the man even when its on full blast. So I use the podcast when I'm on a treadmill

Today I listened to some classic Pantera (Walk Remixes) and Black Label Society (Mafia) while lifting. If I need to lift really heavy the music gets heavier. Examples are Nailbomb (Proud to Commit Commercial Suicide), Sepultura (Chaos AD) and Lamb of God.
