Monday, 06 September 2010 - Written by Barbie [profile] Well I have just returned on an all nighter from California. It is raining here in Florida. I am pleased that I made time to get my run in prior to the start of my long day especially it ending with a 5 hour plane ride. Today is my rest day so tomorrow I will either do a light run or perhaps cycle for a change up in training. |
