| Ran 39.5 kms this week, including a 19.5 kms run today across half of Mumbai with about 40 odd friends. previously ran three days continuously on wed, thu & fri, logging minor distances of about 6 kms each approx. Took a rest on saturday to conserve energy for the sun run and it paid off very well. |
