| A short running week with only two days running i.e saturday, 9.4 km at aarey and sunday, 11.5 km at marine drive. rested the other days comfortably. humidity on both days tested running. could manage to negotiate the killer hill at aarey in slow pace, but had difficulty in negotiating the humidity and sun on sunday at marine drive. |
