Ran seven miles today. Felt good. I was going to try for a longer run, but I was just so BORED after the first hour that I couldn't bring myself to loop around and do part of the course over again.

I need to get an mp3 player or something. This is bad news.

Pick up an iPod Nano, and the NIKE PLUS kit, its really neat, it tells you your progress while you are running (Lance Armstrong and other athletes talk to you) as well as you can upload your data and see it all on your screen after you are done. There are also Nike+ Tracks you can get that are designed to keep you from getting bored while running. I have the shortest attention span ever, but i downloaded a 45min Nike+ Track the other day and was able to get to 6Miles on the Treadmill (Thats my personal best so far) anyways, check it out! :) OH and you don't NEED nikes, I use Asics, you just buy a special adaptor to clip the transmitter onto any pair of running shoes!
