Sprint TRI on Sunday morning

Last time I checked in I had a cold. It's lingering, but under control. Thanks to all for the encouragement. I've consumed so much fluid that I slosh while walking, which keeps the vitamin C & B I've taken from shaking in my belly.

Sprint Tri on Sunday. Up at 4:30. In the water at 6:46 am with a neon green swim cap on.

The weather has been great all week. However the weekend forecast is hades hot - - 95 by mid-day. Should be between 75-80 degrees in the time I hope to be on the course. Run course is mostly shaded.

Stretch Goal - 750 meters at 18 minutes, 17 mile ride in 54 minutes, 5k in 23 minutes.
