| Survived my 750 meter open water swim. Started strong, struggled with my breathing, stopped, then, as I have in the past just said "Screw it!" and took off. I actually started enjoying it and got back to swimming strong.
In the afternoon my son went to a birthday party. Score. I headed off to a local track and worked intervals. Heart pumping in the heat. |
