Pollen again

| It's that time of the year when the pollen is so bad that it just chokes me going around the block. So, I have been running on the beach instead, which is awesome to me, but I think that we might be having a RedTide again that fills the air with algae spores that can be worse than the pollen. I don't have allergies but when I was running I thought that it was harder to breathe than usual. Hoepfully we can get some rain this week to clean the air. I don't need anymore reasons to not run. |
