First ever 4 miler

| Today was my first ever 4 mile road race. The weather was perfect and I met a new running friend while waiting for the start of the race. It felt so good to test my limits a little bit, and to realize that most of what holds me back is me thinking I can't do something. Today, I went out there and I did it! And that feels awesome!!! |
