My first day-Pre Training week a bit tougher than I thought!

Well, I definitely more out of shape than I thought, lol!! This week is being used as a warmup week before I start my actual Half marathon training. I ran/speed walked a mile on the treadmill in 16:45 and then did a mile on the stationary bike in roughly 10 minutes. I know I have a long way to go, but I think with a good mental attitude I can do it!!

I understand completely! I hate treadmills. The first mile I did, I hobbled home at the end of it and realized just how out of shape I am. Luckily, I've got 11 months left before my half marathon goal- and I'm already feeling better. I walked 2 miles at a 12:15 second pace yesterday and feel great!
