Wednesday, 21 October 2009 - Written by bige91 [profile] I took the day off from work and ran a 15k course over two bridges this morning and loved every minute of it. Okay I'm lying, it's more like I loved the first couple of minutes and the last ones when I was closer to my house but the tweener miles were a little more enjoyable this time since it was a bit cooler out. I really don't have any goals at this point so I will just have fun running for awhile and not worry about training. Thanks for sharing your stories. |
