Friday, 03 February 2012 - Written by fitpanda [profile] Joined a gym last week! Used the elliptical for about 30 min, going for about 1.5 mi. Fairly slow pace, but considering i want to work up to a 5k & then participate in Warrior Dash this summer, I'm ok with it for now! |
Today i'm going to do my bodyrock (bikini body challenge) then go running this afternoon, thinking i'll go for 3 miles in 45 minutes.
Hoping to use this to keep track of my progress as I train for my first 5k, 10k, 1/2 marathon & more! :)
