| Completed my second half ever today (2:33). I ran with my sister (her first). It was an incredible run. Perfect weather, flat course, not very crowded. My knees are killing me, but other than that -- feeling great! I'm ready for a running break, but I'm trying to run 500 miles total for the year. I've got another 150 or so to go. Great race day!! |
