| I typically work from home, but for 3 months I'm filling in for a friend at work about 40 min away. I have to be there at 6:30 am and I usually get off around 4 then start my runs. Running at that time of day is miserable, not only because of the heat, but because I'm so tried at that point.
I just want to say congrats to all you people who work 9 hour days, have kids, spouses and still put in your running hours. Training for a marathon/ half marathon is definitley not something for the faint of heart. It's discipline -- and up till now, not much sacrifice for me. I'm looking forward to running at 7am again. I won't complain as much. Happy running! |
