Another workout down...

Yesterday's run day was a good one; did 4.46 miles. My quads don't hurt as bad the last workout. I have to come up with a nutrition overhaul... can't keep putting in hard work on the roand and the gym only to eat like crap... ahhh but change is coming....

Quads of Fire

Today was strength training day, but for some reason my quads are wasted... My last run day was Saturday and i rested on Sunday. I did a 10 min warm up on the treadmill prior to my workout. I feel great but i know tuesday's run is going to be interesting to say the least.

The road back

Fininshed my first week of workingout... after trying all the latest and greatest workouts I decided to go back to the basics which for me is strength training and running. Feeling good right now, but i know that i will be sore later... Sunday is a rest day an d istar ti tagain on Monday. Good times =)
