Thee LogYourRun app and the Facebook app do not communicate. When you login with Facebook it will send an authentication key to the LogYourRun account that will let the app post under the account that you are using in the Facebook app. If you want to switch accounts you have to go to Facebook>logout in the LogYourRun app and then login again.
