Knee Pain - 2011/12/28 12:18

I am three weeks away from my first marathon and today my knee started hurting, it was painful enough that I stopped running and walked awhile. It just started hurting a little bit a couple of weeks ago, but today it was pretty painful.
Should I rest a few days, this Saturday is my long run of 20 miles, what should I do?
