1st Week

| Today is the end of my first week of training. On Friday, really pushed the pace. I was dying at the end of it, but Im sure it will help me in the long run. On Tuesday, I took it easy on the bike knowing that if I pushed it too hard, I would really feel it the next day. I am looking forward to stretching that out as time goes on. EZ run on Saturday morning felt really good. Slowed down the pace and felt strong at the finish. |
